5 Minute Makeup Routine | Drugstore + High End Recommendations

Hi friends! I wanted to share a quick list of products that could help you get out the door to get to work or just if you want to enhance your natural beauty!

Sometimes I go into work at 5am and other times I go in at 10:30am, I use the same look since it is quick, easy and it makes you look put together for the office. I will also share a drugstore and high end list to fit every budget because being frugal is a great thing when it comes to cosmetics. You do not have to spend a lot of money and you can achieve the same look!

  1. IT Cosmetics CC Cream in Medium- Great coverage, convenient pump so you can measure how much you use, smells like a lemon pastry (to me), buildable, doesn't crease, SPF 50+, anti-aging, vitamins and so much more! You cannot go wrong with purchasing this product.
  2. Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer- Does not crease,  you do not have to set it, covers dark circles/imperfections, love the applicator, a must have!
  3. Dr. Brandt Skincare Pores No More Pore Refiner Primer - I only place this on my t-zone and it works perfectly! This is optional as I do not wear it daily.
  4. Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner in  Trooper - This is a staple of mine, it is very black, I have oily lids and it does not smear, the brush is easy to use and it is precise to give you the wing that you've always dreamed of!
  5. Benefit Cosmetics Roller Lash Curling & Lifting Mascara - Cute packaging, the product is amazing, you should twist the wand as you are applying it, does not flake, makes your lashes look amazing!
  6. Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette - This is optional if you want to give your eyes some definition, I add Raw Sienna in the crease and I just love how my eyes look more done up then they actually are. The palette overall is a must for your collection, pretty shades, pigmented and not a lot of fall out.
  7. Sephora Ultra Shine Lip Gel in Earth & Fire - I like to add a neutral tone gloss for a "your lips but better" look and I like hydrating products.
  8. Tarte Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Blush in Exposed - Long wearing, perfect flushed shade, very pigmented/a little goes a long way.
 Where are my drugstore beauties?

Here is another list of products that I love and I am fonder of the price tag!
  1.  Wet n' Wild Photo Focus Foundation - Great coverage, demi-matte finish, does not settle in lines, natural-second skin feel, and cruelty free- I really love it!
  2.  Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Concealer - I actually like the whole Better Skin line, the concealer does not crease and it has great coverage.
  3. NYX Angel Veil Primer - I know this is a little pricey for a drugstore mention, however it is really comparable to higher end formulas and does an amazing job minimizing pores and keeping your foundation in place. The small investment is worth it.
  4. I use the same Kat Von D eyeliner all of the time. I have tried several and it's the only formula that doesn't smear for me.
  5. Maybelline Volum' Express The Colossal Cat Eyes Mascara - I love this mascara and a lot of mascaras from Maybelline. The formula provides volume, length and is very black. The mascara really opens the eye and tops off your look.
  6. Elf Eyeshadow Palette in Nude Rose Gold - Elf has always been one of my go-to cosmetic lines. The quality that they can put out at such a great price point makes you wonder why other companies cannot do this. This is a really pretty palette and is pigmented.
  7. Neutrogena Moisture  Smooth - in 60 Soft Raspberry  - Again, I love hydrating products for my lips and this is a "your lips but better" shade. It the perfect throw in your bag lippy.
  8. Elf Blush Palette - Like their eyeshadows, the blushes are very pigmented and there are two palettes to choose from. These are very convenient for travel as well.
It may seem like a long list but these are the products that accentuate your features without being too time consuming. I'm not one to contour or fill in my eyebrows on a regular basis but you can add that to your routine! Also, you can take this look and add a deeper shade eyeshadow, maybe some lashes and you will be ready to paint the town red!

Thank you for reading, let me know what your favorites are!

Rose
